Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or new product releases, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey to you. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

International Orders

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

While these situations are uncommon, they are sometimes outside our control once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
